01内衬为什么是差异化所在Why the interior is where you differ

面纸和工艺决定盒子“远看”好不好；内衬决定盒子“打开”值不值。开箱那一两秒——盖子掀起、产品露出——是品牌唯一一次掌控的第一触感，而那一刻的主角不是外壳，是内托。The wrap and finishing decide how a box reads from across the room; the interior decides what it’s worth the moment it opens. Those first one or two seconds — lid lifting, product revealed — are the one first touch a brand fully controls, and the star of that moment isn’t the shell. It’s the cradle.

内衬同时在做两件事。向内，它把产品固定住——运输颠簸、装卸跌落里不晃、不蹭、不移位；向外，它编排开箱的节奏——什么先被看到、手往哪里伸、产品以什么姿态呈现。保护是底线，仪式感是溢价，二者是同一层结构同时给的。The interior is doing two things at once. Inward, it fixes the product — no rattle, no scuffing, no shifting through transit, handling and the occasional drop. Outward, it choreographs the open — what’s seen first, where the hand reaches, the posture the product is presented in. Protection is the floor; ceremony is the premium — and one layer of structure delivers both at once.

02走一遍材料：四种主流内衬Walking the materials: four mainstream inserts

没有“最好”的内衬，只有“最配”这件产品的内衬。把四种主流做法按手感、保护、环保、成本感与最适合的场景摆开看：There is no "best" insert, only the one that best fits this product. Here are the four mainstream options, laid out by feel, protection, eco, cost-feel and where each fits:

EVA（海绵内衬）EVA (foam insert)

发泡塑料，可按产品轮廓切槽（刀模或雕刻），常包一层绒布或纸面再用。手感：扎实、回弹，包面后体面。保护：抗震缓冲最好，重物、易碎件、精密件的首选。成本感：中等，开槽越复杂越高。最适合：3C、五金、电子、酒类等需要强支撑与缓冲的产品。注意 EVA 是塑料基材，是这四者里环保性最需要权衡的一种。A foamed plastic, cut to the product’s outline (die-cut or routed) and often faced with velvet or paper before use. Feel: solid, with a reassuring spring; faced, it reads well. Protection: the best shock-absorption — the first call for heavy, fragile or precision pieces. Cost-feel: mid, rising with cut complexity. Best for: electronics, hardware, spirits and anything needing firm support and cushioning. Note that EVA is a plastic base — the option whose eco profile takes the most weighing of the four.

纸浆模塑（molded pulp）Molded pulp

把纸纤维浆料用模具一次成型的内托，断面像鸡蛋托但更精细。手感：哑光、有纸的温度，近年被高端品牌当作“看得见的环保”来用。保护：缓冲与定位都不错，整体托住产品。成本感：开模有起步投入，量大后单件经济。最适合：美妆、电子、有可持续叙事的品牌——它本身就是一句环保宣言。Paper-fibre slurry formed in a mould in one shot — think egg-tray cross-section, but far refined. Feel: matte, with the warmth of paper; lately used by premium brands as "visible sustainability." Protection: solid cushioning and location, cradling the whole product. Cost-feel: a tooling outlay up front, economical per piece at volume. Best for: beauty, electronics and any brand with a sustainability story — it is itself an eco statement.

绒布 / 植绒（velvet / flocked）Velvet / flocked

通常是 EVA 或纸板托外覆一层绒布，或在塑料托上静电植绒。手感：最“贵气”，柔软、亲肤，黑绒里一枚首饰的画面就是它的拿手戏。保护：防刮、防蹭出色，缓冲依赖里层的托材。成本感：偏高，颜色与绒感可定制。最适合：珠宝、腕表、香水、高端礼品——任何“呈现感”大于“抗摔”的场景。Usually an EVA or paperboard tray wrapped in velvet, or flock electrostatically applied to a plastic tray. Feel: the most opulent of the four — soft, skin-kind; a single ring against black velvet is exactly its trick. Protection: excellent against scratching and scuffing, with cushioning that leans on the tray beneath. Cost-feel: on the higher side, with color and pile customizable. Best for: jewelry, watches, fragrance, premium gifts — anywhere presentation outranks impact resistance.

纸板隔板（paperboard dividers）Paperboard dividers

用灰板或卡纸做的卡槽、隔格、内卡，把空间分成一格一件。手感：干净、克制、纸感统一，和盒身同材最显整体。保护：分隔与防碰撞为主，缓冲属轻量。成本感：四者里通常最经济，刀模一次成型。最适合：多件套装、茶/食品、文创、套盒——需要“一格一件、各归其位”的产品。Slots, partitions and inner cards cut from gray board or card stock, dividing the space one cell per piece. Feel: clean, restrained, all-paper; sharing the box’s own stock reads most cohesive. Protection: separation and anti-knock first, with light cushioning. Cost-feel: usually the most economical of the four, die-cut in one pass. Best for: multi-piece sets, tea and food, cultural gifts and nested boxes — anything that wants "a place for each piece."

03固定与公差：一个“零晃动”的贴合Fit & tolerance: a zero-rattle seat

内衬好不好，最终落在一个词上：贴合。槽位比产品大一点点，产品就晃、就响、就显廉价；小一点点，产品塞不进、取不出，甚至刮伤。这中间的余量，就是公差。Whether an insert works comes down to one word: fit. A cavity a hair too large and the product slides, rattles and reads cheap; a hair too small and it won’t seat, won’t lift out, or gets scratched. The margin between is tolerance.

公差受三件事影响：产品本身的尺寸波动、内衬材料的成型精度、以及面纸或绒布的厚度。这就是为什么图纸上算得再准，也要以实物样为准——把真产品放进真内托里，确认能不能稳稳就位、顺手取出，再进量产。开合的“沉稳不晃”，靠的就是这一步。Tolerance is driven by three things: the product’s own dimensional variation, the forming precision of the insert material, and the thickness of any wrap or velvet over it. Which is why no matter how exactly a drawing computes, the physical sample is the authority — put the real product into the real cradle, confirm it seats securely and lifts out cleanly, then go to volume. 04环保取向：纸基是更绿的那一端The eco angle: paper-based is the greener end

如果可持续是你的考量，方向其实清晰：纸浆模塑与纸板隔板属于纸基材料，是这四者里更绿的一端——纸基、可回收，也更容易与品牌的环保叙事一致。绒布与 EVA 偏向塑料体系，在环保上需要更多权衡。If sustainability is on your list, the direction is clear: molded pulp and paperboard dividers are paper-based — the greener end of the four. Paper-based, recoverable, and easier to keep consistent with a brand’s eco story. Velvet and EVA lean into the plastics family and take more weighing on the environmental side.

但要把话说实：纸基不等于自动“零负担”，具体的再生纤维比例、可回收 / 可堆肥认证等，需按所用材料逐一确认——我们只就可核实的信息作答。映捷自 1987 年起自产灰板（FSC 认证、可回收，定性而言），纸板隔板与套盒结构可与盒身同源同材，这一点在“纸感统一”和回收友好上都有先天优势。But to be straight: paper-based doesn’t automatically mean "zero burden." Specifics like recycled-fibre content and recyclable / compostable certification must be confirmed per material — we only state what’s verifiable. Yingjie has milled its own gray board since 1987 (FSC-certified and recyclable, qualitatively), so paperboard dividers and nested structures can share the box’s own stock — a built-in advantage for both an "all-paper" look and recycling friendliness.
